One time only

You already know enough to run a $250K practice. Probably a $500K one.

The gap isn’t your expertise. It’s how your practice is built. In one live session we put yours on the board: the offer, the price it commands, and the version of you that sells it. Only the work you want, only the clients you want.

Who this is for

You’re not short on expertise. You’re short on a business.

You ran teams. You carried the number. You made calls other people are still living with. Then you left, opened your own practice, and now you’re selling hours and taking whoever says yes.

That isn’t a marketing problem. It’s arithmetic. At $300 an hour, $300K means selling a thousand hours, and you don’t have a thousand hours. Practices that reach $250K to $500K get there on a different structure, not a longer calendar. Three things carry that structure, and we build all three on the call.

One

The offer that carries the number

We take what you actually do for a client and shape it into one engagement priced in the thousands rather than the hundreds. You leave with the offer written down and a price you can say out loud without flinching.

Two

The twenty clients who can pay it

Not a target market. Twenty named companies or leaders who have the budget and the problem, and a reason they would pick you over someone cheaper. Narrow is the whole point.

Three

The version of you that sells it

The reason a CHRO chooses you is buried somewhere in your career. We dig it out live, in your words, and it stops sounding like a résumé. Bring the moment you’d rather leave off LinkedIn. That’s usually the one that sells.

Why me, at my age

Fair question.

I’m not tied to a corporate institution that tells me what to charge, who to work with, or where to work from. I spend my time with people I actually want to spend it with. That’s the whole advantage, and it’s the one you’re building.

You have three times my business experience and three times my lived experience. What I have is the outside view, and a lot of hours watching former executives leave money in the same three places. You bring the experience. I’ll bring the questions.

What I won’t do is promise you the number. I haven’t seen your practice and I don’t know your market. What I can tell you is that the coaches who get there didn’t start working more hours. They started selling something different. That difference is what we draw up.

At My Coach Path we call this Honest Marketing: your real expertise, your real personality, real relationships. No growth hacks, no funnels, no performing somebody else’s personality on the internet.
